Heard Sunderland singing YNWA at them, driving them bonkers. Half a minute of whistling and booing and then the United crowd responds with, "Murderers, Murderers" followed by the "Sign On" version. Bizarre.

 

They treat it like as if it was fans singing "We Are the Billy Boys" at Celtic Park or something.

Mate of mine who goes to away games regularly won't sing Best Midfield in the World, because it's a Manc tune they've been singing for years, and a Celtic one before that.

it's a Worldwide known tune. United/Celtic don't have copyright on it. Especially when you change the lyrics completely.
