I wish he'd piss of to some other league. He thought Chelsea were the best team, thought they were the only ones trying to win in extra time..

 

Can't stand him and he's spoiling my enjoyment of the game.

he enhances my enjoyment of the game right now. I hate what Chelsea and Abramovich have done to this league, but I love what Maurenho is doing. He's regressed that team. They where class his first season there, they are not class now.

 

And the prize they desire above all others, well good old Maurenho has done no better at getting them there than Claudio Ranieri did. That says it all right now.

I think we'd all be disappointed if he came on and said "Liverpool were better, they deserve, good luck to them."

 

He looks totally gutted tonight though, just ashen-faced and lost. Lost in the semi, obviously. But also they were 1-up, he was convinced he knew how to beat us, he again lost his on-pitch personal battle with Rafa, Rafa standing up for himself and getting a few digs in off the pitch meant Mourinho lost the wind-up battle and (crucially) the team lost without Shevchenko & Ballack - perhaps justifying Abramovich's belief that Chelsea needed them.

 

He'll certainly go now. If Abramovich doesn't fire him for a) losing b) falling out with Shevchenko, not playing him and then losing it'll be of his own accord - knowing he's blown it (it's all down to him - not the 'ghost' goal, the linesman or the failure of the players he didn't buy) and that he's not the Special One. He had that scared & lost look on his face, the look every boy has as he realises his dad's not Superman. Only difference was he thought *he* was Superman.

I think this could be the beginning of the end for Chelsea. Jose is a gonner, there's no doubt about that. Rafa knocked his ass out! Next they will get a manager who does no have the same bond with the current squad and wont be able to foster the same scence of unity and purpose. Then The russian will get invlved and they will be the new Real Madrid.......

:lol: Yep, he's comical. I loved the banter between him and Rafa during the week. Even moreso after we've knocked them out in the semis again :lol:

Apparently in 10 years time " no one will remember that Chelsea were the better side in both legs, that Chelsea were the stronger team, that Chelsea were the only ones trying to win in extra-time. They will remember only that Liverpool go to the final "
