Just heard Rafa on the radio say that he didn't think it was too serious. He didn't seem concerned at all. Either he hates Bellamy or it's not serious :)

Anyone heard anything?
The stretcher bearer St Johns guy said it was nothin.

The worse thing was the treatment room was locked by EUFA for drug testing and they had to take him through another door where they couldn't get the stretcher round the corner and had to manhandle him int there

The latest I´ve heard is that he will be out for two weeks with stretched ligaments in his right knee. He will have a scan today so we´ll have to wait and see....

One of the reports I read this morning is that he's done his Medial collateral ligament in his right knee and will have a scan today. Hopefully a case of 1-2 weeks rather than several weeks

It's serious. He needs an operation.

A givenectomy.

Cheers Sutty; just spat me bacon and tomato butty all over my shirt and desk.

Made me snort my coffee laughing with the Anny Road auditioning for the Kop post too; going to have to consider putting you on ignore or risk looking like Parry at a fancy dress :D

Good news it seems.

Liverpool striker Craig Bellamy could be back in time for the UEFA Champions League semi-final with Chelsea as his knee injury is not as serious as first feared.

Bellamy was stretchered off early on in Liverpool's 1-0 win over PSV Eindhoven on Wednesday night.

Liverpool expected that Bellamy would need a scan to find out the full extent of the injury, but after further assessment from the club's medical staff they have decided he does not need any tests on the knee.

The Reds now hope that Bellamy's knee will respond to intensive treatment and that the Welshman will be back in ten days.

A club spokesman said: "Craig will have a couple of days' intensive treatment which should improve the situation."

Bellamy will definitely miss this weekend's Premiership clash with Manchester City and the home game with Middlesbrough next Wednesday.

However, if his knee responds to treatment he could be fit for the visit of Wigan on 22nd April and then the trip to Stamford Bridge three days later.

he needs to man up. neckless little ponce.

It's not the right time for anyone to be out of the team, especially Bellamy.

Harry, meanwhile, is timing his run to perfection
