Now Kuyt has signed we have 4 strikers. Pennant and Gonzalez has signed for either wing plus the fact we still have Kewell, Aurellio for the left side too and Gerrard will sometimes play on the right.

We are well covered everywhere. We used to dread the loss of someone like Stevie. Now with Momo and Xabi for the middle, and Pennant on the right, we are covered even for that loss. Same as with Carra and up front too. Garcia will get his fair share of games and goals.

I was thinking the same thing last night. At one point Gerrard went down winded, and I wasn't too concerned that he might be injured and out for a few weeks.

Garcia is a very valuable player for us and it seems to me, albeit from the few games this season, that he's not giving the ball away so much and that was the only quibble I had with him.

 

It'd be madness to offload him unless it were for a ridiculous price IMHO.
