Exactly How do people expect the club to compete with the likes of United in relation to merchandising when they won't support the club shop or other shops selling official club merchandise? Its not to hard to understand that a market trader can sell items less cheap than the official club shop due to the fact his overheads are much smaller.....and most of the time the material he is selling is knock off/replica, so none of the revenue is going to the club...none. I myself would prefer to spend 20 on a top at the club shop rather than paying 10 to a market trader - at least the club gets most of the cash. Maybe people should realise that the next time they are posting about why we can't sign the top players anymore while they sit there in their cheap market traders polo shirt. As for not wearing scarf's or hats because of fashion and looking down on others who wear the clubs colours is really quite sad. If they go their way, the Kop would be full of blokes just standing there in their sunday best - what about the fantastic sight of the scarves in the kop in the 60's??

Agree!! How many of the current squad/team has he signed? How many players have come and gone during his time here.? He has built the present squad, so the blame should rest with him and the staff that built it. How much money does he actually want ffs, did he have this money at Valencia, no he didn't and he was very successful. Maybe he should look at what coaching the players are getting in order to see what the problems are instead of constantly thinking of getting new players all the time. What happened to good coaching and managing what you have. If you want Chelsea's money, then go to Chelsea!

Firs game is at the Nou Camp, yeah? If we can get out of there either 1 goal down or on equal footing, the 12th man at Anfield could be the deciding factor. The whole city and club will be up for it and I can see us going through.
