Whilst I love the fella, I think the pressure of having to perform for such an iconic figure in the club's history would be far too much pressure for a large majority of the squad. If they can't do it for Roy, a man who hasn't got the pedigree of Dalglish on any level, then someone like Kenny would tip their fragile little egos over the edge. I don't know what it would take to lift the fear factor and negativity from the club. The whole point of a managerial change was to revitalise the side, give everyone a lift and get them out of the Benitez mentality. Right now I'd take that mindset in a heartbeat.
