Therin lies the conundrum. We need much more corporate, without being at detriment to the atmosphere - so more seats and tiered ticketing are needed to preserve that - in order to sell the corporates. It's hand in glove. We'd be fine with a 50,000-55,000 seater in terms of attendances, the hospitality is for the revenue, not the extra seats. Does Anfield have enough room for this? And will it provide the opportunity for naming rights that a new stadium would (I doubt it - both in terms of selling the rights and people being happy with it) And the lack of funds / grants etc.
