What a brilliant initiative. Now I really wish I had a ticket

On the phone to who?

Don't know whether to do this on Wednesday am or wait until Wednesday night to pick up a couple of tickets just as I did a few years ago. What I do know is that there's no way I'm paying exhorbitant prices for a ticket.

One of my best days on Betfair today. Laid Utd win/ Madrid win also laid correct scores in both games 1-0/2-0 Stood to lose a packet but it came off so am really happy Also backed southampton/sunderland/sc***horpe/morton to win Laid Macs Joy too

They were one half of a win double on my bets tonight. The other being Sevilla. Oh happy days

That made me laugh. John "The Power" Hall . I could almost hear Sid Waddell saying "Aye, he's gone for the three doubles rather than the two trebles cos it's cheapa. He doesn't miss much this lad"

Arsenal have confirmed the suspicions of many visitors to the Emirates Stadium this season, admitting that the club routinely declares misleading attendance figures for home games. Regular visitors to the new stadium, including season ticket holders and reporters, have noted that, while attendance figures give the impression that it is at or close to its 60,500 capacity, the reality is that at times numerous seats have been empty. Sunday's game against Wigan Athletic was a case in point, with the official figure of 60,049 at odds with the large number of empty seats. The club confirmed yesterday that the figure announced was for tickets sold rather than actual attendance and that on average as many as 3% of ticket holders - more than 1,800 people - did not take up their seats. The number of no-shows reflects the increase in corporate season ticket holders at the stadium and the club will trial a buy-back system later this year that will allow fans to purchase seats that season ticket holders are not going to take up. Arsenal have decided to run the system in-house rather than use a ticket agency. --------------

Surely they can sustain that price for a stadium with such a high capacity I think they can John. They did the same to me in Rome a few years back - they also gave me the option to cancel which I did

If so, in Rafa we trust

Do you think Rafa may have had it in his mind to get Momo match fitness in readiness for the game against Barca where his role will be crucial?

Exactly!
