Don't want to pish on anyone's parade here but that's a f*** of a long way to go to watch what you could watch not twenty minutes from your own front doors. As previously mentioned, Liverpool once adopted Meadowbank Thistle but it was to no avail and they still went under. At least that was Edinburgh though and a good night out was practically guaranteed. Some of these wee Sottish outposts are truly at the a*** end of civilisation, particularly Brechin. A more desolate spot it is hard to imagine. If it is to go ahead, may I suggest Stirling Albion? There's a Holiday Inn express literally right next to their ground and it's a reasonably fine city for a night oot. Lovely countryside surrounding it as well and not too far to travel, given some of the distances you could go. Saying that, once the novelty wears off (and it will ten minutes after KO), you'll realise the entertainment value is pretty low. Unless it's East Fife 4 Forfar 5 or something. On a related note, Stirling Albion used to play at Annfield stadium!
