I'm not sure he is requiring a lot from the wide players, certainly output wise. Looks like he wants quick players who can stretch the play and also be trusted to track back and work - all in the name of facilitating Kane and Bellingham

Agree we often haven't done this well, but Salah was difficult to plan for. He was on massive wages and played every minute he could. We were also presumably expecting to replace him next year, not this. We couldn't have done the Kerkez/Robertson approach with Mo

I don't want to watch Bowen being a crap version of Salah. Given that trying to find another Salah is searching for a unicorn, I think we'd be better off looking to do something different in the position - eg a more traditional pacy right footed right winger, who provides balance to the attack
