Basically we'll have had Mo for free for his final season (this one), which is a fair price at the moment for his contribution. Honestly do not think this lad is the problem. Playing an out of form Salah, MacAllister, unfit Isak and having Gakpo who does not link up with either the overlapping full back or no 9 is all killing us well more than the new 20 year old fullback.

Yes.. But I reckon when we're attacking on the right that Wirtz can link up with Dom and Bradley creating a 3 pronged attack, And on the left Wirtz could link up with ekitike and Kerkez Aye.. Didn't explain it well but I meant we would have the consistent 3 with Wirtz as an extra, whereas at the moment he's one of the three

I'd like to see Wirtz playing behind ekitike and Isak. Use the right side midfielder and fullback to over load on the right, and similar on the left. When defending the default is then three in midfield with Wirtz dropping back.

As chants go it's got rhythm and rhyme, but it's not exactly uplifting
