Whatever he was worth had to be added to the costing, having to pay millions to replace him has to come into the numbers. The policy should be, get to where your limit is if there is an impasse and a deal can't be done 12 months out then sell the player. That way the asset is protected and we can cut out all this disruptive silly b0llocks and lose money we could spend on a replacement. It might even be a good idea to put a figure in the contract with a sell on clause in it which starts 12 months out, obliging both parties to agree to sell if one party exercises the clause.

They haven't got any forwards. Not sure how long that lasts like but you can't steamroll teams without a cutting edge. I'm very nervous like, but that's just me. As dismayed as I was at Sunday's performance and the way we ran out of steam in ET against PSG we were brilliant in the 90 minutes of normal time against a fantastic team.
