Whats even more worrying is that if we do win, he will use it justify his system and tactics. I half expect us to score first and still lose unfortunately .

I am curious, what will it take for you to change your mind? A less than convincing performance against Blackpool, what if we lose? If we keep playing the same way then I am seriously concerned because we are just inviting pressure atm.

I admit I am a Rafa fan and always will be but it did look like something wasnt right last season, there was something not quite right about his relationship with the players. I hate the phrase but it did look like he had "lost the dressing" room. But regardless common sense dictates that you only get rid of a world class manager if you have another one lined up or someone who has a proven track record, someone the fans can get excited about and see the potential in. I never saw that in Roy, he hadnt achieved anything of note other than a couple of UEFA cup finals (of which he lost both iirc) and...and...well thats it really. He has mid table record and he is continuing in the same way with us, dragging us down to his level.

Exactly, I dont think any of us want it to happen but this cant continue for much longer. Surely people at the club can see its just not working, if it takes the press to turn for him to go then sadly enough I am getting to a point where i want that to happen. I know its not right and I dont like to see anyone attacked by the press (let alone the manager of our club)...but I can guarantee if he wasnt English it would have already started.

Interesting, it sounds to me like there getting ready for RBS to take over if there has been a deal agreed, it fits in with what NYR and Kev were saying recently too about RBS already having a buyer lined up.

When are the press going to start critiquing Roy? The last i saw it was still Rafa's fault, there is only so long Roy can hide behind that excuse.
