Good first season imo, added width and was a genuine threat most of the time...however then came the "incident" and the "sinking ship" remark. The acronym FRO seems about right imo.

Lots of conflicting views on here, but imo Masch will definitely be missed. His energy and tenacity in midfield, closing down players generally getting on peoples nerves and breaking up play. Not to mention all the times he ran down lost causes or broke out of defence with pace, thats something Didi never did. Yes Didi was a great DM, but he didnt have all attributes that Masch has. He maybe a "mercenary" but he is a great midfielder and its a shame he is leaving.

I hope so, we are being linked with so much sh*te recently, would have thought that Macia would be pushing the spanish connection too.

I still cant quite believe its happened, words do not describe how much pain i wish upon the Gonorrhea and Herpes and the board, unbelievable. I honestly think that this has happened because Rafa was blocking the sale of Gerrard & Torres...they are engineering a situation whereby both Gerrard and Torres feel compelled to leave, what better time...there is World Cup, we have no manager or temporary manager in place...ie no chance of getting those 4-5 players both Gerrard and Torres have called for...they will leave due to all the "uncertainty" at the club and no one will blame them...the club pockets £100 million and the new clueless no mark (pun intended) of a manager only gets £15 million of it to spend. I am not one for conspiracy theories but unfortunately it seems quite likely to me. f***ing w*****s.
