lol They keep going on about Aqualani, I may not be his biggest fan but i can see why lucas is playing today. Depending on how the game is panning out, would look to bring him on around 60 mins.

Reasonably happy there, swould rather have Aqualani instead of Lucas and maybe in current form drop Kuyt and bring in Riera. Beni and Gerrard could interchange, and would have real width too.

Lucas does get into the box, he is just rubbish.

I thought Masch played really well, he is definitely adding scope to his game - hitting those passes and getting forward morre.

I agree with the change when considering our "striking" options on the bench. But we need a spark from central midfield, with his current performance i would be inclined to take off Gerrard for Aquilani.

It pains me to say that atm Kuyt is starting to remind me of D Thompson, lots of effort minimal if any end product. Just looks so off form.

Agree - or riera perhaps, he would provide good width the midfield being so congested. What is going on with our defence, panic stations ever time the ball is in the box.

Agree, I like him and he comes across well. There arent many managers out there tbh, but if it came to it and i hope not...he would be the best option imo.

Really struggling to support Benitez after that, I wouldnt care if we had gone out in style with a good performance but that was as gutless as the rest of them recently. I think unless he gets into the CL he wont be here next season, big pay off or not...maybe its time for a change and it really saddens me to say that.

Every time we break, we just slow it down its so annoying, we really dont deserve to go through. Doss on for Aurelio - wtf, i can only hope that its to protect him for the derby as Insua has been so poor recently. Now he brings on Aqua - unbelievable
