Yes with the complex structure of holding companies and the like its hard to know which one has overall control, and does it matter against which company is the debt secured? Also I am sure that RBS would have had to understand all of this for them to offer finance/refinance, so its safe to assume that same knowledge would have been used to ensure any changes made would stand upto legal scrutiny. After all RBS need to protect there investment so it would be part of there due dilligence imo.

I visit both TLW and RAWK most are in the same camp imo (though there are always some who think he needs more time), Roy's not the right man for the job and there is alot of annoyance about the way he talks to the press and sets up the team. His comments post Northampton and refusal to look at himself is causing alot of hatred. Though my stance is very clear and has been for a little while I do find it quite surprising just how quickly a large majority of fans have turned against him.
