I agree - logic dictates that the TRO can only be lifted by the court so it has to be early Dallas time, however a few places (r5, Dan Roan, Sky) were reporting it this morning. They appear to have been wrong or misunderstood...the order was going to be lifted or had already been lifted

Yep, though sky seem to be changing there mind every few minutes...it was lifted this morning and just a few mins ago it was it wont be lifted till later on today 13:00

Didnt say that on R5 but that it was being lifted as the TRO prevented them selling any shares or the like, ie restricted there options in relation to Mill. He is trying to push through a deal with Mill, surely the BoD could call a meeting and ratify a sale? If they chose not to attend......I am nto sure on the legal aspects there

Latest R5 - H&G update from David Bond, Lawyers for H&G have removed the TRO...part of the plan to strike a deal with Mill Financial.

Interesting tweet here: @imhoffjosh @lfcl4 @JimBoardman Under court rules, Hicks' side has 48 hours to respond on merits to motion to dissolve tro. Court shortented that. So maybe the court had to give him some time as it was only raised yesterday?

Sounds to me like JJJ is trying to take on the High Court...or trying to make out that he isnt a pushover. I also think that all the abuse yesterday hasnt helped...he is trying to extend the pain for all us fans

Dan Roan on r5 now Talking about events from yesterday, confirms that anti suit injunction... Confirms that H&G are back in court at 19:00 UK time, order means that H&G have to act to lift the injunction or face being in contempt of court in the UK. Also confirmed that John W Henry is now back in the offices of Slaughter & May Nothing new really
