I am curious, what will it take for you to change your mind? A less than convincing performance against Blackpool, what if we lose? If we keep playing the same way then I am seriously concerned because we are just inviting pressure atm.

I admit I am a Rafa fan and always will be but it did look like something wasnt right last season, there was something not quite right about his relationship with the players. I hate the phrase but it did look like he had "lost the dressing" room. But regardless common sense dictates that you only get rid of a world class manager if you have another one lined up or someone who has a proven track record, someone the fans can get excited about and see the potential in. I never saw that in Roy, he hadnt achieved anything of note other than a couple of UEFA cup finals (of which he lost both iirc) and...and...well thats it really. He has mid table record and he is continuing in the same way with us, dragging us down to his level.

Exactly, I dont think any of us want it to happen but this cant continue for much longer. Surely people at the club can see its just not working, if it takes the press to turn for him to go then sadly enough I am getting to a point where i want that to happen. You think so, i thought his PC on Friday showed exactly that. When questioned about his "approach" he continued to deflect and try and ignore the question and when he finally gave an answer it was along the lines of...why would i change what I have been doing for 30 years? Actually pretty much all of his PC's are quite similar, he doesnt believe he has got it wrong or needs to make any changes. Why do you think he doesnt change the system or make substitutions earlier in the game? IMO its because he thinks the system he has the team playing will work...I accept that all managers have a stubborn streak but its only merited when its proven to work!!

Yep, lets hope so. He has become part of the problem, currently the only thing in his favour is that by being so s**** more and more fans are starting to get involved in the H&G campaigns.
