For me I am concerned about his man management skills - yes Chelsea was a cauldron full of some of the worst egos possible but as a manager you have to be able to deal with such things, also if you want to phase a player out it has (especially ones as influential as Lampard, Terry & Drogba) to be done in the right way. I am all for a manager exerting there authority on a team / squad but it cant happen overnight, his failing was trying to do too much too quickly. That shows a lack of experience, ability to read a situation and formulate a plan to get the best out of the team in the interim. Though saying that he appears to live and breathe football...in the same way Rafa does...but another thing he showed at Chelsea was an inability to adapt, is he too stubborn?
