Sure, thought it would be a journo of some description, some of his tweets are very funny.

I think they maybe too, they were tweeting each yesterday and they seemed to have a very similar style at times (though it could just be Rory mirroring Jenkins). Everything I heard had pointed to him being a guy from est1892.

I will be really concerned if we do appoint Martinez, Its not a case of thinking he wont give it his all or has the desire to want to succeed, its whether regardless of effort he is capable. He comes across as a nice guy and I agree he comes from a different school of thought to RFH but I cannot get away from his record, if he had been relegated would he be considered? I very much doubt it, which points to him being yet another flavour of the month type appointment, nice guy, well regarded in media circles and just had a great run of 10 games...how does that merit consideration for us? We as a club are in a position where we cannot take risks, if we appoint the wrong person now and proceed to screw up our summer plans (again!) we could be set back years. I have made it very clear that I want Rafa back, but if we were in a realistic shot of getting the likes of Klopp or RDB it would be different, I would be excited and feeling positive about the new season. Currently I cant get away that sense of impending doom I had when we appointed RFH, it was clear that we had settled for mediocrity then and unfortunately I think its happening again.

she is gorgeous, why dont we hire her as manager...she would definitely motivate the players! I want some of what your having (by that I mean I want to believe!) - I still cannot believe this, we are going to hire RM as our manager...I coached my local junior team for a few weeks and won a couple of games, I should have applied

A couple of theories: Rafa has been approached and has his doubts about whether he will get the job which would only serve to damage his reputation, i.e. knocked back by LFC and they hired Martinez instead *shudder* Rafa used the press to good effect when in the job so him not leaking anything could be a way to show FSG and co he is committed to the cause / way they want to work. My 2 cents (straws and clutching at i know)

A few folks on Twitter are saying that the odds on Klopp have dropped significantly - i think its rubbish tbh, but he is currently 15/1 on betfair - anyone remember what he was at last night or a few days back? He has already ruled himself out and appears to be committed to Dortmund, so I expect its all rubbish

When he first came to Chelsea I would have agreed, was really good for a couple of season (if a nasty piece of work) but this season he has been poor. Doesnt have the hunger or desire any more by the looks of things.

Not that I recall, plus people have been speculating for months that Kenny was going. He just wants the attention, next he will be saying that he has heard we have contacted Rafa...something the majority (except Ant!) want to be true!

Wasnt he the same guy that said AVB had been doing some scouting for us already or similar just after Kenny got let go? Or better still was actually tweeting himself to try and generate hits!
