    Most of the goals from wide areas come from Salah and he might not be here next year. I wonder if that could impact which type of 9 we're looking at.

    That second half performance was like Rafa away in Europe. We completely shut up shop. Nice to know we have that in us. Could come in handy.

    We’re offering them lots of space wide and then dealing with the poor passes and crosses from their wingers. It’s worked well so far. Might have to tweak it if De Bruyne and Foden start drifting wide but so far City struggle to create chances. Szobo and Salah have been brilliant.

    We had the chances do win it but so did Villa. Thought we’d win it after the equaliser but they had more gas in the tank at the end. Not sure Mac and Dom running themselves into the ground every game is sustainable but Slot doesn’t trust the others I guess.

    Four midfielders on the pitch and we look open and passive. We have created enough chances to be ahead though. Need to be a lot sharper 2nd half.

    I thought the double substitution came 10 minutes too early. We really missed Jota as an outlet for our midfield when he went off. Everything went to Salah and it was too easy for Wolves to deal with. We were probably managing legs though. Thought Grav looked unusually nervy in the last 15. Thank god Endo came on in warrior mode. Big performance.

    YEEEEES!! Crazy how that went from us seemingly scoring a brilliant third goal and cruising to us hanging on by a thread at the end.

    I think he’ll go to PSG at some point but hopefully not yet. Needs to sign an extension soon though.

    Do we know when he got the knock? I thought he was very timid and didn’t get involved at all which is something we haven’t really seen from him this season. But the injury would explain it.

    I still check City’s points total every week to make sure they’re not suddenly 6 points behind us. They’re not which is a relief.

    I’m fine with it if he called him a c*** and I hope the club kicks up a bit of a fuss because we have to make sure Oliver isn’t involved in any of our big games in the run in. Imagine that kind of performance in the City or Arsenal games. Could be catastrophic.

    They should have been relegated for all the cheating. Points deductions are pointless.

    Yep. Oliver giving them a free kick every time we won the ball didn’t help either. Negated our press and meant we couldn’t get control.

    First goal from a blatant dive as well. Oliver was an absolute disgrace. Again. We need to make sure he doesn’t ref us again this season. Doesn’t he have some mid season breaks in the Middle East to attend to?

    We’ve been poor but still the better team. Should win this with a slightly better second half. Oliver has been a disgrace. Might as well be wearing blue.

    Think this will be a slog. We need to be up for it. No slow start to give them belief. Just straight for the throat.
