If Hughes' assignment was to rip up Klopp's team and replace it with an absolute mess of a squad, he's done a terrific job. Really hope we get another couple of briefings from him about how good he is. He deserves it.

I agree. The difference with Oxlade-Chamberlain was the the interest was from the Premier League where clubs are loaded. The interest in Jones is from Italy where clubs are skint. If any English clubs decide they want him, I think the price will be a fair bit higher. The price for Oxlade-Chamberlain did seem high at the time though.

Actually watched this lad have a stormer in a 2-1 win over Real Madrid but when I looked him up, his stats were underwhelming. And by stats I just mean goals and assists. Just checked again and he got 6 goals and 2 assists last season. Looked great in that game though.
