Not worth it, he is finished as a world class striker and we could get someone younger who is going to be better for us. As Carragher said, the best transfer in the histoyr of Liverpool Football Club was Torres to Chelsea. That's gotta hurt.

Cant remember the last time I even thought about him, apart from in this thread. Its all Kenny and Suarez now. Easily forgotten man now is Nando, which at the start of last season would have been completely unthinkable.

Completely agreed, 60,000 is nowhere near what we need. 70,000+ all the way, the money Arsenal and the Scum must make from filling their ground every other week compared to ours must be ridiculous. We have a massive waiting list for season tickets, its time to get it used.

Looks good that, we completely outplayed them with that system last season, it looked like we had four CMs out there! Looks great that, I'd have Srktel on the bench instead of Spearing and possibly... Gerrard on the bench instead of Shelvey. What a bench that will be!

I think we would be strong with him tucked in on the right (ala Henderson) with both Adam and Lucas in the centre. No reason why he cant join in the fun in the middle too. Kenny's system is very flexible it seems, and I love it.

Nail on the head. Would rather have Raul off the bench or coming in to cover a ling injury than a Spearing or Shelvey.

Think we looked stronger with Merieles in the squad, hope Jonjo can step up, certainly would have preferred to keep him. On the plus side it could be an extra £12m-£15m on a top class right winger in either Jan or the Summer, I'm talking about you Eden Hazard.

Hmmmm... Think with Bellamy coming in our squad was looking excellent for depth, I would have preferred to keep Raul for this reason alone but cant see the reasoning behind his sale. Cant help feeling we are that bit lighter now, but a fully fit Stevie would make up for this, mmmm, just a bit.

He's class, glad we've got him and no one else. He's ace in the air, got a hammer of a left foot and will only get better with age, he's just 22. He is going to be a monster for us and while he is in the team he is taking two men away with him who are s*** scarred of him, like last night and allowing other to benefit. Top signing.
