I'm sure Owen will be very eager to sign for us. And i'm sure Rafa would be more than happy The only way I could see it being nailed on though is if Newcastle aren't part of the equation, ie if he has a get out clause. Because if we have to negotiate over a fee (again) then I doubt it would happen (again)
