I think Comolli panicked with the new owners, he should have said that he isn't the right replacement for that price, isn't that his job as DOF in part? But he didn't. New owners, new job, I don't think he wanted to piss them off, they probably wanted to make a bit of a statement, it was right at the end of the transfer window which is where I can see him panicking and so did Ashley (Probably) so he took the piss.

Oh aye, I think Comolli panicked, but we had obviously been keeping tabs on him. I just don't think that was Comolli acting by himself, we kept tabs on him, obviously done a lot of ground work and some how got into pole position as Togs replacement. He was never ever gonna be a 35mil stiker, we got a wedge for Tog and whoever replaced him new that and was gonna put the price of their player up. The fact that it kept going up to such a ridiculous figure is down to Ashley and Comolli, Ashley kept pushing it up and Comolli kept saying yes, instead of 'f*** off' when the price started to go above a realistic sum for his talents.

Aren't then screens for showing the crowd yet another mistake the Ref has just made, slowly over several replays, agigtating tthe crowd even more and intimidating the Ref in to actually being fair and not biased against us like they usuaully are? Should be if they aren't...
