Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted April 16, 2006 Posted April 16, 2006 clicky 10meg - it never ceases to be brilliant
Nebraska Red Posted April 16, 2006 Posted April 16, 2006 this one is not too bad either After the game i particularly like seeing the utter despair on the faces of the Chelsea players.
Spike Posted April 16, 2006 Posted April 16, 2006 To me. Stupid to say but that Chelsea game is up there with the final. f***ing brilliant. f***ing brilliant. Everything that every football fan lives for. Everything you live to experience. The Kop bouncing and every fan (well except the chavs) giving their all throughout. Leaving the pub early to get down to the ground simply beause you knew that would be the special one and we'd be back where we belong. Meeting Rafa and the lads afterwards kind of put a downer on it all though
Elisha_Scott Posted April 16, 2006 Posted April 16, 2006 this one is not too bad either After the game i particularly like seeing the utter despair on the faces of the Chelsea players. That is brilliant, first time Ive seen it. Got to say, Mourinho was very gracious going off them pictures, he even clapped our fans as he went down the tunnel
Paul_LFC Posted April 16, 2006 Posted April 16, 2006 Mourinho said that night, 'I felt the power of Anfield Road'. John Terry crying makes me smile everytime.
Spike Posted April 16, 2006 Posted April 16, 2006 The government apparently are using that clip in their anti-ASBO campaign: 'Chavs are human too'
Swipe Posted April 16, 2006 Posted April 16, 2006 this one is not too bad either After the game i particularly like seeing the utter despair on the faces of the Chelsea players. Surprising to see how, well, gracefully Mourinho acted on the pitch. Making a point to shake all our players hands, then applauding our fans as he went down the tunnel. Were did it all go wrong after that, Jose! Back to being a t***!
Spike Posted April 16, 2006 Posted April 16, 2006 IIRC the treatment to Stevie caused outraged on here at the time. Think the moaning one tapped him on the back using more fingers than he tapped the others on the back with or summat.

monkey puzzle Posted April 16, 2006 Posted April 16, 2006 I had chickenpox that night, I looked an absolute state but I wouldn't of missed it for the world. Got served at the bar pretty quick that night.
Redwire Posted April 17, 2006 Posted April 17, 2006 To me. Stupid to say but that Chelsea game is up there with the final. Same here. The final was, well The Final, but it went along with hours of drinking in Taskim Square and an incredible emotional rollercoaster. At the end I was destroyed and delirious. The end of the semi was just pure, unadulterated joy. The Kop that night was the greatest place to be on the planet and those videos convey just a fraction of what it was like to be there.
Guest redkopite Posted April 17, 2006 Posted April 17, 2006 everytime i see that it brings tears to my eyes lets hope for more of the same on saturday.full force of anfield road in enemy territory please lads lets get right into the chavs.it makes you wonder why mourinho is such a t*** when you see him after the game shaking everyones hand. Guest Jack Bauer Posted April 17, 2006 Posted April 17, 2006 I was in 204! Quite a few rows down mind.
Guest CanadianRed Posted April 17, 2006 Posted April 17, 2006 Drogba's pouty face followed by Kezman's look of utter disbelief makes me laugh everytime.
LFCNeil90 Posted April 17, 2006 Posted April 17, 2006 Drogba's pouty face followed by Kezman's look of utter disbelief makes me laugh everytime. Childish I know but I just can't help but flip Kezman off every time I watch that, still remember his totally arrogant interview the sunday before the game Great videos.
billybunter Posted April 17, 2006 Posted April 17, 2006 f***ing loving it Amazing how just a game get to the very soul of a person....even the mention of Istanbul brings a tear to the eye. Best. Moments. Ever. FACT!
Kindred Posted April 17, 2006 Posted April 17, 2006 Surprising to see how, well, gracefully Mourinho acted on the pitch. Making a point to shake all our players hands, then applauding our fans as he went down the tunnel. Were did it all go wrong after that, Jose! Back to being a t***! I remember thinking that at the time and I do wonder if all his histrionics in front of the camera are an act in order to 'protect' his players and himself. Not more than 15 minutes after being so gracious in defeat he started spouting off about how the best team lost and how it was never a goal etc. and later how the crowd was good but nothing special! I can't see how his own players would continually fall for that kind of stuff behind closed doors week after week. Mind you , they are chavs!
