So does anybody know if it is true that Gerrard has refused to play again whilst Benitez is manager? Thought it was dodgy when he did not come out for the 2nd half against Reading but put it to the back of my mind hoping things had not got that bad. I would say if it is true Rafa will be gone before the week is out.

I've played at a decent level my whole life and there was always incidents kicking off in the dressing room. I've been at the centre of a few myself.

 

If he did say he'll never appear for rafa again, why was he in the dressing room at stoke?

I heard that when Riera picked up Pacheco to try to throw him at Aquilani, Gerrard picked up Sammy Lee and threw him to deflect Pacheco's trajectory, but Pellegrino became enraged caught all the flying little men, and went and tattle tailed to Rafa. This is why the atmosphere is so bad at the mo.
