baja the hut Posted September 29, 2007 Posted September 29, 2007 Whatever you say, was horrendous today, he made Paul Scharner look a world beater that he never was..... Constantly out of position and play seemed to break down whenever the ball was played to him.... Easily our worst player by a country mile.... Carra, I thought was poor today as well... But sneaked a away win so all's good i suppose....
Guest RedIsMyColour Posted September 29, 2007 Posted September 29, 2007 He's not good enough. Plain and simple, that left foot saves his a***.
Cooldude Posted September 29, 2007 Posted September 29, 2007 I hope some fools are willing to pay more than 5 mil for him come next summer

Nebraska Red Posted September 29, 2007 Posted September 29, 2007 and this season's whipping boy is............... this stuff is getting a bit old. he may not be playing well, but he's not alone. our captain went AWOL again as did a few others.
Guest Snorky Posted September 29, 2007 Posted September 29, 2007 The left side today was extremely poor, the worst bit of a poor side today, the only positive today was a clean sheet although that might change later on when the curry passes.
anny road Posted September 29, 2007 Posted September 29, 2007 Poor mans David Unsworth. and youre a t** and i aint a riise fan
Guest Kaizer Posted September 29, 2007 Posted September 29, 2007 Riise did not shine today, but what about Aurelio?
Benzo-13 Posted September 29, 2007 Posted September 29, 2007 Riise did not shine today, but what about Aurelio? Aurelio is coming back slowly from a very serious injury as so would be allowed some sort of grace period to get his rhythm back. Riise was pony today and went asleep nearly to our cost late on.He'd wanna buck up. He looks like he's on auto-pilot.
Guest Lennon Posted September 29, 2007 Posted September 29, 2007 Riise did not shine today, but what about Aurelio? This is about Riise.
Florist Cinema Pond Goal Posted September 30, 2007 Posted September 30, 2007 Currently out in Asia where the half-time coverage featured the seemingly agenda-less viewpoint of one Steve McMahon. On Pennant: "simply not good enough, this is not his level, he weakens Liverpool's left side", before Paul Masefield (who?) backed up his opinion. Being a pundit far away in Asia does not give you the license to spout utter s***e Steve.
_00_deathscar Posted September 30, 2007 Posted September 30, 2007 McMahon's always going on about Pennant.
Guest Snorky Posted September 30, 2007 Posted September 30, 2007 This is his worst start to a season since his last one
McBain Posted September 30, 2007 Posted September 30, 2007 Currently out in Asia where the half-time coverage featured the seemingly agenda-less viewpoint of one Steve McMahon. On Pennant: "simply not good enough, this is not his level, he weakens Liverpool's left side", before Paul Masefield (who?) backed up his opinion. Being a pundit far away in Asia does not give you the license to spout utter s***e Steve. McMahon is a f***ing idiot. He was on Sky a few years ago spouting bile about Rafa. He needs to shut up and f*** off
Armin_Tamzarian Posted September 30, 2007 Posted September 30, 2007 Riise did not shine today, but what about Aurelio? I thought Aurelio improved as the match went on. Certainly offered more going forward than JAR who had a poor game.
Herbie von Smalls Posted September 30, 2007 Posted September 30, 2007 Chunk?all the signs are there. constant abuse and a huge post count after a few days of being registered.
Guest Lennon Posted September 30, 2007 Posted September 30, 2007 all the signs are there. constant abuse and a huge post count after a few days of being registered. No idea what you're talking about. Constant abuse? Nice of you to check up on me and my post count though, whatever that is, I'm honoured.
Guest Lennon Posted September 30, 2007 Posted September 30, 2007 Think Macca has a point about Pennant, to be fair. Decent player, but not, and never will be, top class.
Guest Snorky Posted September 30, 2007 Posted September 30, 2007 Pennant frustrates more than any other Liverpool player at the moment.
