If Pako was the best fitness trainer in Europe and if Rafa is obsessed with the fine details, why have we not got individual training programmes for our players ?

Because either the best fitness trainers in Europe don't necessarily use individual training programmes, or else we do have individual training programmes and Carson is talking through his hole, or else Rafa is a SHAM and should be sacked.
