We know that but Insua cant play for us till Jan 1st so wondering if he's still their player on loan terms or if signing him makes a difference as he was on loan there anyway but it was outside the transfer window when he signed. He's supposedly signed a contract and everything but it might only come into play from January 1st I dunno.

I would assume the transfer isn't able to be completed until 1/1 and he is still on loan.

I think he had a clause in the loan deal which meant it could be completed at any time, so he'll play.
