Rafa and a 'Good Mentality'

As we know, Rafa put's a 'good mentality' as critical to his signings and needs to be convinced of this from the first meeting.

 

Assuming you have been scouted and have proven techinical ability to be granted a meeting with the man before a possible transfer, how would you convince him of your 'good mentality'? ('Tis quiet news day so far!)

I think convicing him that i can offer 'possibilities' to the team would be enough...

i suspect it has a lot to do with whether the player asks about what he can do for the club rather than the other way round.
