Every single one of the (non English) group winners are going to being pissing themselves that they draw us. The rest of the runners up are likely to be pretty poor (so that's Man U/Chelsea/Arsenal(?) in the last eight). As everyone else has been saying, bring on Madrid.

A quick check on google gives a confusing picture. Some quote $2bn, some $12bn. They've just invested $1.26bn in a US hedge fund it seems, and the Sony investment, seems to be anything from $500mn to $1.5bn depending who you believe (the former seems more likely). Seems like they're flexing their financial muscle a bit more these days.

I thought it was more like $12bn+? $2bn sounds like a very small pot to invest these days. Agree 100% with the last bit though. They'd invest in the club, not throw money at it.
