Not sure what else you're expecting to be honest. Any prediction that tries to pinpoint the exact finishing position of every team in the league is hardly going to be anything more than "a bit of fun". Nothing wrong with them at all in my opinion - certainly nothing that leads to them being called "laughable".

I'd broadly agree with this. The dishonesty regarding the financing of the purchase, the undermining of the management team (and that includes Parry) and the general haphazard nature in which the club is being run are the main issues I have with them.

The fee for Heinze was certainly reported to be £8M. The fee for Rossi was certainly reported to be £6.7M. All we've got to go on really isn't it? So even if you add the £10M for the entire loan deal for Tevez (and bugger knows how much Man U earned from loans in 2007, since people tend not to include loan deals in this kind of stuff) it's still nowhere near £50M net. Not that it's particularly important in the great scheme of things.
