Right, its just come on now. I dont know if its related or not, but I went into the installer menu and tried a callback (system setup, then press 0 and 1, then select, then "New Installation"), kept coming back callback failed. So took plug out of the back of box, held down the "back up" button ON THE DIGIBOX not the remote and then put the plug back in - keep finger on the "back up" button until "updating system software" appeared. THis takes about 10 mins. Text went off screen after it had finished, the box rebooted, and service apparently provisioned. Im starting to wonder if it had something to do with the callback facility not apparenty working, or if it was just by chance! Oh yeah, and its in 4:3 not widescreen

Same here Tried calling and getting "we are experiencing heavy call volumes, please call back later". c****. Even tried subscribing again via the phone but it picked up the original subscribtion made an hour ago. Looks like a problem with their provisioning systems. Meh....

Agreed, ITV are f***ing woeful. Not just that, no match build up because of f***ing Emmerdale, then having Sky+ 'd the match the recording ended early (saw it, but missed Gerrard etc on the Sky +) because they failed to alter the programming times once extra time had got underway. OT - (...and they cant even be arsed to put any programmes on after midnight, its that brainless phone in show with that dosile bint and stupid c***. FFS.)
