I see how this works now: we get a player we want or sell a player we don't = excellent business by Rafa. We don't get a player or one leaves = Parry f*** up.

Just out of curiosity: what makes people think that he will not recover from his previous injuries to the point where he can be a regular in the side? I can see him not being an ever-present such as Gerrard or Carragher, but having had a full season off I would expect him back to a level of health where he would at least figure in most of our games.

My sentiments exactly. The Rumor Mill is nothing but a trawl of the tabloids as far as I know, so this means nothing whatsoever. Besides, I can't see Rafa selling Kuyt after apparently wanting him badly enough to convince Moores to stump up the necessary personally.
