The mad thing is, quite a few of these things were obvious, but somehow felt difficult. He's cut through so much waffle and just done the right things. They were sort of 'quick wins', but any of them could have completely undermined a different person (think Amorim).

One of Slot's biggest successes has been the amount he's used Nunez. In fact it's one of the main differences between this season and last. Klopp sidelined Gakpo in favour of Nunez, shunting him around and putting him behind Nunez in the pecking order. Slot did the opposite, trusting Gakpo in his favourite position and pretty much bombing Nunez out. The results are there for all to see.

It’s a good question. Feel like maybe he was slightly better at Anfield, we would just smash all comers. Whereas this league win has been built on away wins as much as anything.

I'm still not that bothered by Ange. He's crap, but he doesn't get on my nerves like he seems to with a lot of people. He's just, like, Australian. -

Funny that. It's because (I reckon) he didn't post a selfie of him after he scored the goal the other day, and people were talking. Rather than anything contract related.

Osimhen is extremely Chelsea flavoured as well. Be amazed if he doesn’t go there, they’ll probably do a straight swap for their club shop to buy him or some nonsense.
