  1. Absolutely brilliant - thanks for posting!!! How on earth do you find these things?? ....I'm looking forward to us winning 4 hundred thousand trillion billion stop heard 4 thousand pounds
  2. Just heard that's our 7th draw in 12 games - not good enough. In reply to this thread - some strange selections from Rafa again tonight. Lucas/Masch pairing just has no legs. Dropping Alonso is madness. And the subs....I think he lost the plot, but we've said that before with some of his crazy subs that have cost us. Somebody write him a letter with the 'facts' on that one That being said, 3rd in the league, still in the Champions League, and FA Cup - now is not the time to change the manager.
  3. I think I may have mentioned this a while back, but met a guy who was a West Ham scout a few years back at a wine tasting bash - he told me that Harry left West Ham because he got caught taking backhanders on all those dodgy deals he did with no name players. Reckoned he had a lock drawer in his office with literally hundreds of thousands in it.

    Dossena

Interesting thread.... Feel for the guy as he's been a disaster to date, but I did think today there were some bright spots in his play. He still makes me as nervous as Djimi did....which was MOST of the time
  5. Class. And funny to watch Neville getting it handed to him. Jagielka as ever right in Torres pocket...
  6. Gerrard Gerrard Gerrard Thank god we have him <Edit> Also like Arbeloa being back today, brings balance. Masch was solid, as was Skrtel. Wish Masch would go forward more often, he looks dangerous when he does.
  7. Sheringham and Nigel clough weren't too bad with no pace...No offence, but I was just thinking that Kuyt/Torres/Gerrard look a good footballing 3.
  8. I still think Stevie should swap out for the odd corner and be in the box - he's a great threat, and sometimes wasted.
  9. great save from Howard...Dossena seems to have appeared too there...
  10. I f*cking love Stevie...and Torres. Keeper was crap...but who cares!
  11. I was thinking exactly the same. Looking for the old cliche 'game of two halves' here
  12. Are they watching the same game?
  13. Just saw the replay of the goal, our players were wokring out the zone while Cahill hid behind the post...then walked in free. f*cking amateur...
  14. Torres up top alone when playing with a <hate to say it but decent> limpet like Jagielka is tough for him.
  15. For f*cks sake...will someone stand on Cahill's feet or what?? Xabi marking him is criminal...
  16. what a touch from Carra.....where did that come from??
  17. Much prefer the energy and pace today, at least it gets the game started at the right pace - our pace
  18. Agreed, but it's pretty complex if you believe what you hear > current owners in talk with new investors > they would want a say > hard to sign up on a new structure if that is talking place > also there's the Parry issue, so not sure it can happen too soon. Hold tight for another rocky ride....
  19. I'm with Murph on this - screw diamonds, circles, squares, 1-2-3-4-5, or whatever formations. Man for man we should tw*t Everton, so I hope he plays the best team and attacks.... How about Reina Arby (attacking) Carra Sktrel Aurelio (attacking) Kuyt Gerrard Alonso Riera Babel (for the pace factor, bring on Keane at HT) Torres
  20. Smoke and Mirrors....
  21. A good thing. We'd end up humping it up top again, and we were cr*p at that last time round.
  22. That's 'kin hilarious...would love a translation, especially the part where his grandparents arrive I bet he cringes when he sees that in the future (really hoping it's not recent....)

    Pennant

Not the sharpest knife in the drawer our Jermaine....he can barely complete a sentence here. http://www.setanta.com//uk/Videos/football...t-Pompey-video/ Although to be fair, not many pro footballers would pass any sort of IQ test, but then that's a whole other thread.
