  1. rorysmith_tel Kenneth Huang talking to RBS - not Hicks, not Gillett, not Broughton - about buying #LFC. Money behind deal substantial. #LFC
  2. More than accused mate. It was caught on tape.
  3. On RAWK an hour ago from Something Else: Deal done £585m fa deciding if it's conflict of interest as it's a brother of someone who already owns a north west club ...followed by a second post stating: From an ex board member. Take it for what it is a post on a forum. First time I have been excited anyway
  4. How sure are you it was Pellegrini and not Broughton? You definitely think this is happening?
  5. I don't see how us not giving them money would automatically lead to Stevie or Torres leaving. I personally think its more likely (not definite obviously as who knows?) to make them more desperate to sell and bring down their valuation. Them selling our best players would be shooting themselves in the foot by reducing the overall value of the club. We clearly disagree. I just won't be giving a penny to these c*nts.
  6. Jesus Christ! They have put hundreds of millions of pounds of debt on the club. They are going to squeeze us dry and we need to make sure they aren't able to. We need to make sure we make things as difficult for them as possible to make them leave as early as possible. You continuing to spend money on the club is making it easier for them to stay. Unfortunately that is what it is. You're living in some idealistic world and need to wake up.
  7. You're giving the money to Hicks and Gillett genius- and helping prolong their stay.
  8. Its probably more likely to be valid and accurate than what you're speculating over though. And why would they not want a moron in charge? Because they care about the club do they? That'll be why they've provided us with so much transfer funds and put so much debt onto us is it? Wake up.
  9. Yeah? And who do you think H & G are going to bring in then?! A yes man. Nothing more. F*cks sake.
  10. Oh right, cheers mate.
  11. What I don't get about those Stevie quotes are that he was considering his future in 2004 and in 2005 he obviously nearly left but he is referring to the last world cup in 2006 (when I don't remember anything dramatic happening over his future?).

    I hate them

Their protest looked good tonight. Even Beckham wore one of the scarves. Will probably do the campaign good.
  14. http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/news/Transfer-news-Bordeaux-striker-says-he-wants-to-sign-for-Arsenal-not-Liverpool-article315741.html Chamakh: 'I want to join Arsenal' Bordeaux striker Marouane Chamakh has admitted he would prefer to join Arsenal rather than Liverpool this summer. Chamakh, 25, will be a free agent when his deal expires at the end of June and both Premier League giants have made him offers to him to sign a pre-contract. Liverpool are hoping to tempt him with £50,000-a-week plus a huge signing-on fee, but Arsenal have always remained confident of getting him. Arsene Wenger went back for Chamakh in January, but Bordeaux did not want to sell, and the Gunners have also made him a lucrative offer for next season. Chamakh said: "My future? Well, I hold all the cards, I have no reason to be under pressure but every day passing by, I am a little less a Bordeaux player. "My choice is to join a Premier League club and, if I could choose, I will go to Arsenal. "Bordeaux has brought me so much. I will soon clearly state things so the club can prepare to find my replacement peacefully.' And Moroccan striker Chamakh has paid tribute to Bordeaux boss Laurent Blanc for helping him improve this season. Chamakh added: "Laurent Blanc has brought us a winning state of mind, he has taught us how to hate defeat. Both on mental and physical levels, I am at my best. "Three years ago, I was still a little crazy. Now I can manage my efforts, which allows me to be more clear-sighted at the end of the match. I have improved, but I can still improve. "I am not only happy to play anymore. I have become someone who wants to win. I am more a scorer, but not enough yet. "There are too many situations where I still do a pass for a player in a better position.”

  16. Debateable if we're continuing to play 4231, and Arsenal definitely need more upfront. Think he could arguably be their main striker along with Van Persie.

  19. FFS Danny. http://www.newsoftheworld.co.uk/sport/football/682924/MURPHY-FEELS-TIME-HAS-COME-FOR-RAFA-TO-GO.html MURPHY FEELS TIME HAS COME FOR RAFA TO GO Fulham star believes he could still do job for Liverpool DANNY MURPHY wants to be a top manager one day - but he'll model himself more on Roy Hodgson than Rafa Benitez. In the wake of Liverpool's humiliating FA Cup defeat by Championship strugglers Reading, furious Kop fans have spent the last few days jamming radio phone-in show lines. As they slated Benitez's transfer record many pointed to Murphy's departure in the summer of 2004 as one of the beleaguered Anfield manager's biggest mistakes and backed Hodgson as the sort of manager who could drag Liverpool out of the mire. While Fulham, under Hodgson, punch way above their weight for a second successive season, Liverpool look like a punch-drunk heavyweight about to slide off the ropes and hit the canvas with a sickening thud. Chester-born Murphy insists he takes no pleasure in Liverpool - or Benitez's plight - and remains a big fan of the club he joined from Crewe in a £3million deal back in 1997. When Benitez arrived at Anfield in 2004, he made it clear that Murphy - who had won a stack of silverware at Anfield, and earned regular England call-ups during over 200 appearances for the club - wasn't going to be part of his Red revolution. But the eloquent, deep-thinking, midfielder insists that bitter disappointment, is not behind his belief that it's time for Benitez to go. He said: "If you ask me has the time for Liverpool come to look for a new manager then I have to say 'yes'. "That is not me slating the guy because he forced me out when I didn't want to leave the club in the first place. Neither am I saying he is a bad manager. But over the last year or so the club have not move forwards, in fact they are going backwards. "I will always be a fan. I keep in touch with a lot of people close to the club and many think the time has come for a new manager. I agree providing that process doesn't cripple the club financially in terms of pay-offs. "It's no secret I wasn't happy about the way he got rid of me. I understand that when a new manager comes in they will want to bring in their own players but it wasn't done very well at all. I could have stayed I suppose. But basically it seemed that even if I came into the team and played well I would never be given a run or claim a first choice place so I moved to Charlton. Do I regret that? No. Not even when people say had I stayed on that season then I would have won a Champions League medal sitting on the bench. "Do I think I could have done a better job in the Liverpool midfield than some players who came in after me? Yes, I do. You might think I'm bound to say that. Well, yes I suppose I would. But I believe it. I have to believe it. "Liverpool's problems at the moment are not just about some of the bad buys they have made for a lot of money over the last few years, but also the mistakes they've made in letting players go. "I am not thinking of an obvious one like (Xabi) Alonso, but why on earth did Benitez sell players like Peter Crouch and Craig Bellamy when they are so reliant on Fernando Torres? "It goes without saying the team have ended up relying too much on Torres, Steven Gerrard and Jamie Carragher. "Over the past two years Benitez has made too many bad decisions. History says he has won the Champions League and the FA Cup for Liverpool, although even then people can argue about the merit of those wins. "What I do know is that after being there for this length of time the debate should no longer be about Liverpool qualifying for the Champions League or where they finish in the league but actually winning the title. And that's not going to happen again this season. So something has to change. "People go on about how well Liverpool did last season by finishing runners up? So what? We finished second under Gerrard Houllier with 80 odd points. Our team also won three big trophies in one season. So things haven't really got much better. If anything they have got worse."
  20. He did brilliantly with Chelsea.
  21. No.
  22. Something seems to be definitely happening then!!! (pics halfway down) http://www.redandwhitekop.com/forum/index....opic=247542.520
  23. Couldn't believe he said that!
  24. Turner to Sunderland. Kranjcar set for Spurs.
  25. When will those c*nts ever leave? Absolute travesty the whole thing, and its only getting worse. Scared for the club and team.
