I think more thought will go into the seating. Its a great opportunity for getting the people that make noise into the kop, and move those day trippers, and those that want to enjoy the atmosphere without contributing to another section. Also, its a pain(as I remember) meeting in the pub, and then sitting somewhere else, and meeting afterwards. Also a lot more difficult if you the only person in your section singing, and told to shut it.

Personally, I see this as worrying. By spending big upfront, they have invested in infrastructure and are finding new ways of increasing the top line. Creative ways are: 1. chinese web site and focus 2. Bollywood movie 3. working WITH youtube 4. Discussions with Disney not to mention sorting out deals with adidas and samsung and seeing their shirts everywhere. As much as we hate them, and hope they fail, I can't see it. I can see them turning it around, and making the business a 'going concern' by 2010. The 500mil debt or whatever it is, is not much different to the debt at man u now is it? and if their commercialisation goes according to plan (like it looks like it will) then by 2010, they will have a juggernaught with a european cup win and big names, with a huge pool of youth players breaking through.
