Alliterative post of the year

That's my feeling too. Get the impression they're on the way down from their peak, which in fairness was very high...but my fear is that the Real semi was their final. Mancs endless spawn will continue into the final man utd 2 (Park 22, Hernandez 86) - Barca 1 (Messi 48)

If karma were actually to come into effect Ferguson would get gang raped by midgets, Giggs' legs would fall off, Owen would be trampled by horses, a flock of pigeons would fly into Ferdinands gob and s*** there, Webb would be struck blind.............mancs have destroyed my faith in karma

To f*** us over ? This is where you come to have all your illusions cruelly shattered On Aqua - Juve really want him and are trying every trick in the book to drive down the price

The fact that mancs still refer to the "rant" and display banners referring to it proves the "rant" was a good thing - they hated hearing the truth like that. Despite it having negligible (maybe even negative) effect on the team, it was a brave move from Rafa. Fact!

Looks a bit like Heskey, in his physique. Why are all the players carrying murses?

puppyhood surely

Interesting thought, certainly gives you paws for thought...Webb would meet a grizzly end, etc.....

More than likely why Kenny likes him and we're still linked, probably for his leadership qualities and attitude,,,but he'd be at Spurs right now if it wasn't for the Blackpool chairmen going awol at the last minute of the Jan transfer window - that grates with me. Looks decent in the air, we need more of this

Reyes, Van Nistelrooy and who?.......

I thought he was amazing at the WC and muttered bitterly to myself that we couldn't possibly afford him, he'll end up at mancs/madrid/chelsea/city.......makes it all the sweeter now. Also, I'm struggling to think of any foreign player who's had such an immediate and positive impact on a team / in the premier league

...and of course we already have Flanno

me too, but...PLTBT Not necessarily true, his stock has been steadily rising, I could see other clubs apart from mancs getting in on this; Chelsea, City, even Arry

Dempsey too, couple of frustration fouls, notably on Speo after being out muscled by the wee tyke

I think so too, and it's the sensible thing. Good as Flanno and Kelly are they need more careful blooding at higher levels of competition and pressure. I think we'll buy an experienced CB too The good news is we'll more than likely be doing that - plus LB, CM (hopefully McCarthy) and backup striker

He's coming along nicely, wouldn't get too carried away yet,,,excellent ball for Suarez' goal mind

He was phenomenal, again. Loved his pissed off face when we didnt get a pen for handball in the 93rd minute, 3 goals up. Gotta say though, I really dont like the song,,,surely we can do better

Great performance, shock and awe for Fulham. Suarez is the form player in the league no question, little dynamic genius, made mincemeat of Hangeland. Some lovely passing and movement, so good to watch us again, thank you Kenny.

It's beautiful and poetic how he's galvanised the club, given us fans the belief, inspired the players, dealt with the press...I'm sure they're just dotting the i's and crossing the t's on his deal. I think we'll challenge next season, but we're kind of having this honeymoon period with the him at the moment; we have yet to be properly, severely tested - when we are, next season, I think king Kenny will prove himself totally the right man.

Suarez Maxi Spearing

then let Suarez do the deed
