  1. Rafa sacrificed himself to get rid of Hicks & Gillett. He deserves another chance, as said - unfinished business.
  2. He's bemoaning the lack of goals. He bought Balotelli, Lambert, Borini and agreed to sign Origi and loan him back for a season, it's on him this. Rafa or Klopp please, in that order.
  3. Theres nobody better eh Brendan. Waste of time this now, needs to go. If he mentions 78% possession as a positive it may tip me over the edge.
  4. It's okay we'll have Danny Ings & Divock Origi next season in place of Lambert and Borini. Maybe Milner and Konoplayanka on free's as well. Lots to look forward to!
  5. We were still slipping goals all over the show last season, but we had Suarez to outscore the opposition. Maybe with Luis and a more tactically astute manager last season we would have won the bloody thing. One dimensional tactics since he has been here, the players don't look like they are properly briefed on the oppo before we kick off, which is hardly surprised looking at the coaching staff we have. It's amateur from top to bottom at best and needs to change.
  6. He should be sacked but i don't think FSG will sack him. The only way it will happen is if he loses the dressing room which isn't beyond the realms of possibility... this could get messy, he's already lost most of the fans i reckon.
  7. Rafa please, unfinished business.
  8. Great mine was Bob, but at least we had a team. That was a farce
  9. Bring rafa back. On coach home my lads first experience of the reds at Wembley is a loss, and yes I was the same after the carling cup semi we wont win anything under Rodgers
  10. Its not really when you invest time and money watching us week in week out Nice one though Prick
  11. The manager has been identified as being someone who can do well under the aforementioned conditions by molby. The questions is what do we do about if we know we are never going to win anything moving forward given the current status quo?
  12. It can all f*** off, Brendan can f***off as far as I can see we will never win anything whilst he is in charge (or if not him at least those above him but this has been going on since fsg 'saved our souls') The biggest indicator was our staff hugging and high fiving their staff on the tunnel before kickoff. We are Liverpool and this can f***off. We are not small time our exit was. I don't think Brendan is the complete issue, I think as a fan base we are being used as a cash cow in readiness either for a sale or ticking over in mid level mediocrity with any on the pitch success becoming secondary. Brendan is the ideal manager to oversee this btw. Im pissed off., Oh and all this credit for us going 3 5 2 - Kenny did it and managed to change it in game a couple of times when we won the league cup a few seasons back. Tactical genius?

  14. Dick & Ed ?

  16. Has he gone yet?
  17. Me Ma' would have given us more and she's only got one leg
  18. We didn't even have a backup striker on the bench to cater for an early injury to Lambert that's like deciding to kick off without a defender or even goalie on the bench, you cover at least one in each position Also the worst reaction to the sending off was the managers, would a top manager be holding his head in his hands if he had a player sent off or... look to his bench of assistants to see what the plan was for such an eventuality, you know... like planning for a sending off? We sold Suarez and have no viable alternative to Rickie Lambert to play upfront other than Borini who inexplicably wasn't on the bench despite our manager spending 11 million quid on him. Brendan, he's done, the back line are hopeless due to the system which he refuses to change, we could have Baresi and Maldini there as centre backs with Matthaus playing the Lucas role and we would be made a show of because it's so predictable. Unfortunately he will be given enough time until FSG's monetary spreadsheets deem it unviable for him to continue, by which time we will be in an even worse state.
  19. The defence: Keeper gets the ball, centre backs 'split' to either side of the penalty area, Gerrard drops into the D, Mignolet passes to him, Gerrard lays it off either side to one of the defenders inviting pressure and defender plays it back to Mignolet who either boots it into touch or directly to one of the oppostion players midway inside our half. This is tactical no wonder their confidence is shot to bits, there is no belief in what they are being asked to do. This happens 100% of the time, there is no variation, so much risk and no real benefit. This is how you coach under 7 teams to play when you know the keeper can't kick the ball very far, it's amateurish and embarrasing to watch. There is no plan B. There is no back line when we are defending either, Skrtel is consistently 4 or 5 yards deeper than any other defender consistently, he must be a nightmare to play with.
  20. Does he like to lean against things and if so what is his preferred leaning arm?

  22. My membership card still has PTS on it it's that far back... didn't get a sniff in the sale this year and was after lad and dad tickets so close to £74 quid a game before any money spent at the match. Getting ridiculous, I'm gutted like and will try the late availabilities but will likely mean paying adult price for my lad..
