I think people's expecatations are really high. Were we not playing against a team with the third best defensive record and conceded only two from seven games before our game? He would have assisted at least one and scored at least one if they have worse defenders. I thought Demichelis and Kompany played well against Suarez and Sturridge. I really hope he's not injured. He's crucial to our run in.

I watched the U17s vs Malaysia U17s on TV the other day. Maybe it was the jetlag or weather but we were frankly quite rubbish despite the scoreline. The first goal we scored was a goalkeeping error while the second was scrappy. I actually Malaysia was the better side - they controlled the ball better and were just so much quicker running with the ball.

OK. so the view is....we have a squad of players that is worse than Everton's which explains our league position. Fine, I dont agree but whatever.
