Ljunberg and Pires were piss poor so lets not go drawing any conclusions about how excellent Riise is or how our defence has improved. I'm not saying we haven't reasons to be optimistic going into the Man U and benfica games - far from it. But they will be a much sterner test than arsenal posed last night.

Its not as if there's a dressing room full of footballers who might need some tactical advice or anything Sam. Its obvious there's a Spin campaign going on to portray him as a tactical genius. He was going on about seeing the way forward with sports science while he played football in the USA. Talking of spin, Slur is sitting next to Alastair Campbell in the crowd. Its not fair that he's given us 5 weaknesses and only 4 strengths. That should be pinned up on our dressing room wall with a note underneath that says ' compare the total numbers of strengths and weaknesses and then think about what that says about you as players' No further motivation should be necessary.

Imagine the fall out if they don't qualify for European competition. people keep saying their stadium finances mean they need to be in the champions league every year to make their payments. Shame its not chelsea or Man U.
