Harmless enough if irritatingly try-hard and smug about his complete lack of professionalism until it basically turned into Mein Kampf for the last chapter or so where he gave his nasty little views on all sorts of subjects he is clearly too detached and thick to have any grasp of.     I wouldn't get (or at least wouldn't agree with) people not going to the game and actually supporting if they have a ticket. Watching on TV does f*** all to the help the team and as you point out yourself is actually a dreadful experience. So f*** doing it. Loads of better and healthier ways to spend time.
