  7. Saying people have the right to boo sounds like what everyone thinks, not just him. It's so obvious that it doesn't even need pointing out. Saying they were right to actually do it sounds like the exact opposite of what he is on record as saying. You've tried to top trump it all by chucking Kenny in only to find out that he's clearly disagreed with you but are still trying to speak for him on it anyway. It's sound, have your opinion about what happened, just a bit desperate to be arguing 'And Kenny agrees so HA!' when the evidence suggests the exact opposite. I don't care if Alexander-Arnold is upset by it all. I just think it made him more of a focus than he deserves to be. Yep
  8. This is just making up stuff that you'd like him to have said, even when he's on record as saying pretty much the opposite, cos he's the trump card. In any case, it isn't about people telling others what to do. Anyone can do what they want on this. It is about whether people think booing him was right the choice, not whether it was a choice people are entitled to make. There is no interpretation of what he actually says that has Kenny thinking what happened was sound.
  9. Not really https://www.liverpool.com/liverpool-fc-news/transfer-news/kenny-dalglish-trent-alexander-arnold-31542048
  10. It being inevitable and it being ok/right are totally different things though It isn't about the strength or validity of the emotions towards him. I don't actually expect much if anything from many or any of them when push comes to shove if and when loyalties are really tested but the booing achieves absolute nothing other than inject massive negativity and beef between fans at a time when we should just be celebrating. I don't care about him being upset or whatever, if he even is. I very much doubt he really cares. I am bothered about the mood that it all creates. His Conduct has been bad enough in and of itself without letting it dominate everything else. Put it behind you
  11. Aye, he's come from nowhere to out himself as an absolute prick
  12. Nothing in the fans' reaction prevents it happening again. There are other, less toxic ways and more dignified ways of making feelings known. The booing was absolute Blues***e behaviour. Embarrassing.
  13. It isn't at all. The direct line you're mandating here need not exist and for loads of people absolutely doesn't exist.
  14. Not all of those things necessarily follow from the other. In any case, the 'Bring on your Internazionale', with its perfect coup de grace, was absolutely appropriate and sufficient. At present he's irrelevant really but if people really want to boo him they'll probably have the chance when he comes back in a white shirt.
  15. f*** of with booing him Don't think I've ever heard us do that Embarrassing, blues***e behaviour
  16. Brother Virgil's at the back, sweet Mo is at the front Cruising to the title in the hot, hot sun Suddenly the red flares light up on the Kop Loud crowd booming, songs for Arne Slot Virg and Mo sign contracts, hearts swell up with pride Arne says we'll add a good midfielder to the side Jauregizar
  17. I've got visions of the dog sat there whilst they have a long, complicated discussion about how and where to throw its stick
  18. https://www.arsenal.com/news/arteta-our-dog-represents-our-family I'd missed all this too. "I carefully chose the dog and in my opinion it’s the perfect representative of who we are right now. Her name is Win, we all love winning and Win needs a lot of love. So the love for Win, that was basically the feeling. Win needs accountability from us because we have to look after her as well, her emotions and what she needs.” And there's more: “Another symbol at the club is our tree. It needs a lot of care as well. It’s an olive tree, it’s older than 150 years, similar to the club, and we have to look after those roots every single to the day, make sure they don’t get poisoned, don’t get damaged and it’s in the right condition.” Genuinely think he needs some sort of intervention. Will the dog get sacked when he does.
  19. That still sounds like an awful lot of times to get dribbled past
  20. Slot basically said that he's absolutely sound with the fans completely ignoring Alexander-Arnold, ha ha
  21. I still prefer....
