Councillor in question is Paul Gallagher (Ind). In fact 27 independent and nationalist councillors voted for the motion whist 6 Unionists abstained and 1 Unionist voted against. Manc c***. I emailed Paul Gallagher to congratulate him on his work. I'm minded to email the other f***ers who abstained or voted against.
