  1. You may see them as very close but I don't, Rafa was clearly the better manager and he didn't takes us to the fringes of the Title challenge, the season we finished runner up under Rafa, we were in the middle of the title challenge, not merely on the fringes as you suggest. This isn't to belittle anything GH achieved but just to say I believe Rafa was the better manager and his inability to take us to the title should only properly be judged against the background of the lack of financial support he received in the last two or three tranfer windows, particularly the one in the summer following us finishing as runners up.
  2. But at no point were we in the bottom three, in fact 7th was seen as a massive under achievement. Your support of Roy is wierd and bizzarre to be honest.
  3. Get rid, he isn't good enough and quite frankly is an embarrassment to the club.
  4. Why not just say what you think you know, rather than just dropping a hint? Unless of course you don't know anything but just like to come across as somebody who does.
  5. All kidding aside, I was and still am a rafa fan but I don't want him back, not because he isn't good enough but I'm a great believer in the old adage of never go back, hence why I wouldn't want Kenny back as manager either. But what does...........mean, whenever I do that, I'm not sure what it means
  6. Kev did you like the .... i put them in for you, still not sure what they mean
  7. So you think G&H are decent owners....really.
  8. It seems to be good news but far too early to celebrate yet, to be honest only time will tell if they are going to be the type of responsible owners we want. Having said that I do feel more cheerful about our future this morning.
  9. Get better soon YNWA
  10. To be fair Wayne, you were saying last season that just about anyone but Rafa would be able to make this squad competitive and that there would be plenty of managers dying to come and manage us, yet we end up with Roy.
  11. Or perhaps he is just out of his depth and you refused to accept it, surely you have to now? Even you can't defend what he is doing to the club.
  12. Hodgson has to go, it has been obvious for a few games and I do hate him because he will stick by his footballing principles that he has held for 30 odd years. you are out of your depth you ****, leave now and give us a chance. The owners must love him because he is distracting the attention away from them, we are becoming the biggest joke in football at the moment, it breaks my heart.
  13. No it isn't Roy has come in and is serving up a load of dross and doesn't seem to be able get the side playing with any passion or urgency. That is why I am being critical of him and the fact he looks lost most of the time. Yes the manager got more leeway last year but they may have been something to do with having finished runner up the previous season. I wanted Rafa to stay but as soon as he went, I hoped we would get a top manager but expected to get somebody who wasn't good enough, sadly this is proving to be the case.

  15. But only if the stars agree to the date of the 31st otherwise it might confuse the members of SOS or something.
  16. Why have we got Hodgson when we could have you ?
  17. No it shouldn't be as it includes Babel, think I'd put Kuyt instead of him as Babel hasn't wasted far too many of the chances he has been given.
  18. It does sound a good Idea, but don't let anyone here you say it.
  19. Jeff Stelling can f*** off, just said protests at Anfield after the game, making their feelings known, may have been less involved than they hoped for but perhaps they should concentrate on whats happening on the pitch, then followed it up with we do know how they feel about the owners and have for a while, but they are still there, C***!!!
  20. What I'd like for a start is the team to actually show some passion and fight. Expecting another insipid display, I've said for a while that I believe think any manager would struggle under these owners but not to the extent we have seen so far and I think tomorrow will be more of the same dross.
  21. I'm at the game next week and happy to take part in any action, only a train ride away for other weekends.

    Agger

Well done woy, you are living up to to what I expected, unfortunately.
  24. You're right wearing a scarf or something similar is not goin to make a blind bit of difference. To be successful in a campaign it needs to be focused on making the maximum disruption or discomfort to the owners, I have said on numerous occassions its done by directing long term action against the owners business partners, so they start to question G&H and make business life harder for them. It is a long campaign not an instant hit, the occassional march etc really are of no use at all. Unfortunately nobody seemed willing to take the required action until now, when it is probably too late, as for the campaign by the manc fans, most of them dont even know what it is about. Their campaign groups have been about as effective as SOS.
