Maldini

I would, I think he still has the potential to be a world class player. He's been incredibly poorly coached there. I don't think he's as good as the Mancs were hyping him up to be but he's still a big prospect.

Hypothetical question: would you take Mainoo for £50m?

All his tweets read like those "to camera" bits in Geordie Shore

That's an incredible move for McConnell, will likely improve him a lot and/or bump his value

He had good moments at times but he kept getting caught high up the pitch pressing too hard, it left us unbalanced. You could get away with that with Szoboslai playing the 10 and covering a ton of ground but not with Wirtz, it was one of the main reasons we couldn't get out all game.

This is nonsense, he hasn't signed any contract yet and legally can only sign a 3-year-deal because he's under 18

I thought Jones did him no favours last night. If we're playing Wirtz the other two need to be more disciplined than they previously were and Jones kept Roy Of The Roversing it trying to make things happen. I think a fit and firing Mac and Grav behind him will get the ball to him more. The pace of the last two games will probably be top 5 for the whole season as well. I think he'll get better at finding time and space as the season goes on.

Which one of you is this https://www.threads.com/@l_and_p_hand_i_craft/post/DNx18Zf2v0H?xmt=AQF0tFaKTO9rgQ3eiPRUD9tg3mU5tqj3SZl0sbdd456RRA&slof=1

He's playing scared, he got in his own head for their first

We don't win the league last season without the impact of Gakpo, Nunez and Jota off the bench. It seems we won't have that this season which is a huge blow. I think we need one more even if we're getting Isak. We can't rely on a 16-year-old and Chiesa who has an awful injury record

Straight out of Black Mirror. What the f*** has happened to humanity?

This Means Wor

Leoni played RB three times for Parma last season

There's only a handful of clubs who could afford him and even fewer who he'd go to. Us, City, Chelsea and PSG I'd say. The latter are sorted in his positions too.

I think it's probably 30/70 now. We're not dealing with a reasonable club. They're prepared to cut their nose off to spite their face.

A codcast

Gomez was out of full training for three days this week as well so he's probably not right for it

Nah, they're miles off on some of them. Doak is €23m for example. It was £25m wasn't it?

This is absolutely shameless. It's crazy how far Sky Sports News has fallen, it used to be a fantastic watch, now it's a load of these pompous Eddie Hearn types in suits with no socks reciting talking points fed to them by clubs just to get a little bit more access https://www.threads.com/@magpie247/post/DNlqTHhIrZs?xmt=AQF09Iawv5WEYjf6lu-BuPdty6dB6Gen1UZixaYchILvEA

They didn't extend it, just gave him a raise. Really weird move

No, he left on a free transfer

Yeah, he's actually become quite good now. His daily That's Football show is better than most of the tripe Sky produce

The epitome of manufactured outrage this isn't it, straight from the Fox News playbook. He obviously learnt a few tricks working for Murdoch all those years.

Newcastle have absolutely f***ed themselves with the way they've handled this and they don't even know it. What was already an undesirable destination will now be off limits for most agents. Anyone who's going there will surely want a release clause too
