I know we're seeing what we want to, but I agree it's a bit odd. The part re him being aware of the speculation about his own future was interesting, didn't expect that.

Agree, especially that last part, it's like they're trialling a Mailchimp account.

Talk of Chelsea going for Iraola, I guess he wants a Boehly bonus before his next job.

Just giving this imbecile yet more excuses to use till the end of the season, it's mad. The arrogance of these guys, so determined to prove everyone wrong, they're prepared to write off another season. Which, based on the current chatter, will also be their last, just makes no sense. It wouldn't surprise me if they gave him a new contract as a big "f*** you" to all those who want him gone.

Exactly, this way it looks like a mutual decision rather than him being pushed, we're obsessed with optics so I expect they'll continue to push this narrative till the end of the season.

I'm sure it's already been shared, but Virg was talking in glowing terms about Mo, everything that they had achieved, the highs and lows etc. Went on to say that he will continue to make a difference until the end of the season i.e. the final 5 games, at which point Mo said something along the lines of....I am not sure if Arne has had a word with Virg (about lineups), he started the last two games! It was right at the end of the interview, so he headed off straight after with a cheeky grin on his face.

5th. But Slot should go regardless, if he survives into next season, he could set us back years, and with Edwards & Hughes coming into their final years, they'll be even less interested in pulling the plug.

Don't bother, Arne and petty ways.

That remark re not starting the last two games was great, dropped it in at the end.

Arne there, probably campaigning for less stoppage time. He's got a flight to catch

Salah for player manager?

If this season has shown anything, it's that we don't do well when games become basketballesque. Subs Arne??

You know it's coming, let's hope it's not necessary.

Great to see our head coach is doing his best to motivate Woodman

We've been so passive this half (again).

Ffs so easy

The duality of Cody

I'll let Cody off for missing that absolute sitter, great pass, well in Mo.

What a surprise, been coming

Ramsay or someone else from the academy? Hard not to think that after getting grief for not using him earlier in the season he's now trying avoid being in that situation again. It just feels like he's in some constant (completely unnecessary) power struggle.

A new one, players height
