From a Danish perspective it'll be interesting to see the two brightest young stars of Danish football, Agger and Bendtner, face each other. My money's on Agger.

I think that was also the case with Makelele and Scott Parker? There was talk about it at the time anyway. I think Makelele refused to train with Real at some point.

I don't have the feeling of anti-climax at all. I'm absolutely delighted with the players we've brought in and any player that would've signed yesterday would have been a bonus. I wanted one of Pennant and Alves. Got it. I wanted Bellamy. Got it. Gonzalez got his work permit, Aurelio came on a free, Kuyt looks like a great signing already... We've definately improved considerably. And I'm still sure Alves will sign eventually.
