Slot apparently spoke to at least some of the new signings to explain his visions for them in the team so it seems to have been a joint decision who we bought.

Find it irritating that sardonic interview Slot gave in his post match interview when we stuffed Utd last year when he gleefully pointed out where Teg Hag went wrong with his tactics and setup. Whilst it was entertaining it did come across as pretty arrogant. It’s ironic that pretty much every manager in the league has sussed what Slot is about and he seemingly has no idea how to change things. We setup the same in every game then the default is to throw on more attackers when we go behind. It’s not unjustified to be expecting far better than that.

Glad Slot sorted it all at half time

It’s a weird one because one of the best manager’s that’s ever been did like and trust Endo and Gomez. A new coach comes in and feels he doesn’t like what they offer which is fair enough, but the whole team are now offering very little and you can’t trust any of them to put on a good performance.

Maybe FSG need to be having a word with the spreadsheet department.

We can rip the players to bits but it’s a bit coincidental that all the players have turned to s***e collectively. It’s like our tactics don’t suit any of them. There wasn’t one of our players today you could say, yeah they played well. They were either s***e or appallingly s***e.

I’m excited by our January, Kvaratskhelia signing already

I thought Slot wanted us to play like PSG but we couldn’t be much further away from this. No pace, no press and weak all over the pitch. If you could see improvements and what we’re at least trying to do then I think it would be fair enough it just takes time, but we haven’t improved at all since the first game of the season. Presumably Slot had a big part in bringing in the summer signings because he was speaking with them but they just don’t fit in apart from Ekitike. Hopefully they understand where it’s going wrong before it’s too late.

Oh well. That’s that then

Nice move. Shame about the finish

No booking for them? Wrong colour shirt I guess

Don’t think he’s been that bad. He’s just getting isolated and nobody is making any runs for him.

We haven’t turned up today. No fight, no press, no urgency. Just going through the motions and getting what we deserve.

f***ing hell

Wow, an absolute load of b******s that

Of course they’ll try and rule it out

Cracking header from Virgil

Haven’t we had an extra days rest?

Feels like they have an extra player

Konate not great for that again

Yeah he made a few wayward passes last night with one leading to Mac Allister getting booked. He also did that annoying turning his back thing when they had a shot at goal. He was great apart from that.

Brilliant from Bradley. Focussed and bossed it against Vinicius Junior who was a whinging diving little s***

Brilliant performance from us that. Comes to something when their keeper is their MotM

Absolutely epic performance from Robbo tonight

BOOOOOOOOOOO
